PepsiCo
is the parent company of marketing giants Pepsi and Frito-Lay,
Gatorade, Quaker, Tropicana and formerly (Pizza Hut, Taco
Bell, and KFC prior to their spin-off).
We have had a multi-year, broad-based relationship
with PepsiCo working for the Chief Innovation
Officer for the company.
Our PepsiCo work
has been focused on New Product development, but has been
multifaceted and engaged many of the divisions as well as
the parent company. Our work for the parent company
was primarily in the areas of innovation. We have
developed many new ideas, concepts and businesses based on
some pretty substantial research and consumer insight work.
We have conducted many innovation peak ideation sessions
with PepsiCo to create ideas. We have also taken our
concepts to the next level with sophisticated business plans
and TouchPoint Marketing strategies supporting national
rollouts of the products we have developed.

Confidentiality
:
We take
confidentiality very seriously and never share confidential
information. To protect the confidentiality of our
work with these brands, we are intentionally vague about our
work. Where we are not, it is because the information
is already public. The purpose of this is to give
prospective clients a feel for the type of work we typically
do.
Not ever
client we have ever worked for allows us to reference them
so we appreciate those that do.
All the work
detailed here was performed and/or managed by one or more
SagePoint Consultants under a SagePoint contract or under a
previous employment situation, The use of the plural "we"
remains consistent throughout the description even if only
one consultant was engaged at a time. |
