Jon Mills is a General Partner of SagePoint Consulting.  His experience runs the gamut from the Fortune 500 to small startups. His industry experience ranges from restaurant and packaged goods to the leisure industry. Specialties include Strategic Planning, New Products, Media, and Marketing Process Management.   

He most recently served as CEO of Media Management Inc.; a consulting firm specializing in corporate reorganization, process planning and media contract negotiation for various Fortune 500 companies such as Dominos Pizza and J. Walter Thompson Advertising.

Jon has also served as Chief Marketing Officer for Seed Restaurant Group a restaurant holding company with three chains: Fazoli’s, Bella Notte, and SubOven concepts.  In this position he led Research & Development and Marketing for the three chains.  Under his domain the company grew from a small fledging organization to national chain spanning the entire country with over 400 units and 8000 employees.  He played a major role in reversing a 3-year flat sales trend at Fazoli's, making it the fastest growth concept in Restaurant & Institutions Magazines’  “Top 100 Chains.”   

Prior to his CMO position, Jon was with PepsiCo holding key leadership positions at Frito-Lay and Pizza Hut in the functional areas of brand management, field marketing, new products, and new concept development. 

Prior to business school, he worked as Marketing Director for the Urban Group, a national firm investing in and marketing retirement hotels and properties.

Jon is a graduate from the University of Texas MBA program.
