BoxSpace is App-Driven, Micro-Self Storage, in Convenient Retail Locations using Boxes in Lockers.
Basically you have boxes that you store your stuff in and keep track of it on a searchable app. And access your boxes at the convenient retail location of your choice. The Boxes are stored in a massive warehouse that services the whole market and your boxes your boxes are placed in a locker within hours when you need something.

From Fruit Snack Segmentation

Create/sell in the strategic insight to make a play to dominate the fragmented fruit snack market

Create/sell in the FruitWise idea including the name, branding, testing and prototype products

Prepared and sold in the business plan for launch including a full P&L model for the business with sophisticated forecasting and budgeting models

Helped sell in and manage a six month Test Market in Whole Foods

Following this step, a launch team of five full-time Tropicana employees were deployed to help launch the product

Identified a network of co-packers capable of making the products

Lead the branding and design work

Developed the final formulas and flavors, in conjunction with Tropicana R&D

Helped sell in to National Accounts (including sales calls to Kroger, Safeway, etc.)

While BoxSpace was developed over several years, including the technology and services, the investors in the final analysis decided to forgo a rollout at that time, due to the substantial capital that would be required to rollout the concept into market.

As this is a storage service, there is only one physical product and one app associated with this concept, however, there are a few variations in the service offering.
