Depending on the scope of work it can take us many hours to prepare a bid. Preparing is really a selling cost for us. It is our opportunity to serve you. But we have found that charging a token amount of $25 screens out all the tire kickers or people who are using us as a stalking horse.
Safe Contracts
We very much regret that the "good old days" of doing work only on a handshake seem to be gone. We now crate a contract for each job we do. While it is a pain, it protects you from fraud and ensures more clear communication (which makes everything better).

We are insured for up to $3 Million dollars in damages that might happen in the course of our work. We expect it will never be needed, but it is there for your security.
